      沸石轉輪+RTO治理各大階段操作流程

      1. 吸附階段:VOC有機廢氣經過沸石轉輪吸附后直接達標排放,原理是沸石分子篩由于孔徑的大小能根據廢氣分子的大小和極性的不同進行選擇性吸附,即使廢氣成分的濃度很低仍具有較高的吸附能力,且在高溫下仍具有很強的吸附能力,這是其他吸附材質不具備的特性。

      1. Adsorption stage: VOC organic waste gas is directly discharged up to standard after being adsorbed by zeolite rotary wheels. The principle is that zeolite molecular sieve can selectively adsorb according to the size and polarity of waste gas molecules due to its pore size. Even if the concentration of waste gas components is very low, it still has high adsorption capacity and strong adsorption capacity at high temperatures, which is a characteristic that other adsorption materials do not have.

      2. 脫附階段:沸石轉輪始終保持著非常緩慢地旋轉,在廢氣處理區吸附飽和后,在再生區把吸附在沸石分子篩里的有機廢氣通過高溫熱空氣吹掃脫附出來。熱空氣的溫度根據廢氣的成分而設定,沸石分子篩吸附大的特點就是不可燃使用安全,脫附時可保持較高的脫附溫度因而適用于很多沸點較高的廢氣成分,這一點是活性炭吸附所達不到的。

During desorption, it can maintain a high desorption temperature, which is suitable for many exhaust gas components with high boiling points, which cannot be achieved by activated carbon adsorption.

      3. RTO氧化階段:沸石轉輪實際上是個濃縮裝置,把低濃度大風量有機廢氣里的分子捕捉、富集到沸石分子篩上面。當脫附時就能用很小的熱風從沸石分子篩中把廢氣分子吹掃出來。這時脫附出來的高濃度小風量廢氣就可直接進入RTO中進行高溫焚燒。由于出來的廢氣濃度較高且風量較小,因此可選用更小規格尺寸的RTO焚燒爐,同時處理較高濃度廢氣能使RTO爐內達到自持燃燒,這樣可以大大降低RTO設備運行時的能耗。

      3. When desorbed, a small amount of hot air can be used to blow out the exhaust gas molecules from the zeolite molecular sieve. Due to the high concentration and small air volume of the exhaust gas, a smaller size RTO incinerator can be selected. At the same time, processing high concentration exhaust gas can achieve self-sustaining combustion in the RTO furnace, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption during the operation of the RTO equipment.

      4. 沸石轉輪恢復階段:沸石轉輪脫附區經高溫再生后會使沸石分子篩溫度升高,這樣會使吸附效果變差。因而要對經過高溫吹掃過的區域用補冷風機進行降溫處理,降溫后的沸石分子篩又會恢復原有的吸附能力,這樣周而復始循環往復地進行廢氣處理。

      4. Zeolite wheel recovery stage: After high-temperature regeneration in the zeolite wheel desorption zone, the temperature of the zeolite molecular sieve will increase, which will lead to a decrease in adsorption efficiency.
