沸石轉輪是將大風量、低濃度的廢氣濃縮到特定濃度、小風量的廢氣，從而減少設備的投入費用和運行成本，提高voc廢氣的高效率處理。在處理大風量、低濃度的廢氣燃燒和回收的時候，如果不借用沸石轉輪，直接進行燃燒的情況下，廢氣處理設備不僅體積龐大，且產生高昂的運行費用。

沸石轉輪濃縮裝置采用吸附濃縮- 脫附-焚化三項連續程序,主要用于有機廢氣的治理;特別適合于大風量,低濃度場合。該吸附裝置以陶瓷纖維為基材，成蜂窩圓盤狀,分子篩內部涂覆疏水性沸石做吸附劑。沸石轉輪吸附濃縮裝置主要由廢氣預處理系統、分子篩轉輪濃縮吸附系統、脫附系統、冷卻干燥系統和自動控制系統等組成。

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,簡稱RTO),蓄熱式氧化爐。其原理是在高溫下將廢氣中的有機物(VOCs)氧化成對應的二氧化碳和水，從而凈化廢氣，并回收廢氣分解時所釋放出來的熱量，三室RTO廢氣分解效率達到99%以上，熱回收效率達到95%以上。RTO主體結構由燃燒室、蓄熱室和切換閥等組成。根據客戶實際需求，選擇不同的熱能回收方式和切換閥方式。
