大風量低濃度的VOCs，經過沸石轉輪后，由于分子之間的范德華力，VOCs被沸石微孔所吸附，凈化后的氣體可直接排到排氣筒。被吸附在沸石轉輪上的有機物再通過180℃～200℃的溫度的氣體進行脫附。脫附出來的高濃度廢氣再送入CO催化燃燒設備進行催化燃燒處理。

VOCs with high air volume and low concentration, after passing through the zeolite impeller, are adsorbed by the zeolite micropores due to van der Waals forces between molecules. The purified gas can be directly discharged into the exhaust pipe. The organic matter adsorbed on the zeolite wheel is desorbed by gas at a temperature of 180 ℃ to 200 ℃. The high concentration exhaust gas desorbed is then sent to the CO catalytic combustion equipment for catalytic combustion treatment.

催化燃燒是典型的氣—固相催化反應，它在催化劑的作用下降低反應的活化能，使其在較低的起燃溫度250～350℃下進行無焰燃燒，在固體催化劑表面有機物質發生氧化，同時產生CO2和H2O，并放出大量的熱量，因其氧化反應溫度低，所以大大地控制了空氣中的N2形成高溫NOx。而且由于催化劑有選擇性催化作用，有可能限制燃料中含氮化合物的氧化過程，使其多數形成分子氮，從而降低了末端處理設備的負荷，降低了運行能耗。

Catalytic combustion is a typical gas-solid catalytic reaction, which reduces the activation energy of the reaction under the action of the catalyst, allowing it to undergo flameless combustion at a lower ignition temperature of 250-350 ℃. Organic matter on the surface of the solid catalyst oxidizes, producing CO2 and H2O, and releasing a large amount of heat. Due to its low oxidation reaction temperature, it greatly controls the formation of high-temperature NOx from N2 in the air. Moreover, due to the selective catalytic effect of the catalyst, it is possible to limit the oxidation process of nitrogen-containing compounds in the fuel, causing most of them to form molecular nitrogen, thereby reducing the load on the end treatment equipment and lowering operational energy consumption.
