一、貯存庫定義貯存1種或多種危險廢物的倉庫式貯存設施。

　　。三、貯存庫污染控制要求

　　1、貯存庫應根據危險廢物的形態、物理化學性質、包裝形式和污染物遷移途徑，采取必要的防風、防雨、防曬、防漏、防滲、防腐以及其他環境污染防治措施，不應露天堆放危險廢物。

　　四、容器和包裝物污染控制要求

　　1、材質、內襯應與盛裝的危險廢物相容。

　　2、應滿足相應的防滲、防漏、防腐和強度等要求。

　　3、硬質容器和包裝物及其支護結構堆疊碼放時不應有明顯變形，無破損泄漏。
